  • Ensure that all inventory sent to our facilities is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon or other platform-specific requirements.
  • Maintain a clear line of communication with our team regarding inventory, shipments, and any service requests.

5. Payment Terms

All services provided by Alpha Prep Services are subject to payment as outlined in our pricing plan. Payment terms include:

  • Fees are due upon invoice receipt or per agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Any late payment may incur additional fees or service suspensions.

6. Inventory Management

We take all reasonable steps to safeguard your inventory while it is stored at our facility. However, clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Alpha Prep Services is not liable for any loss or damage to inventory unless resulting from negligence on our part.
  • Clients must have insurance coverage in place for their inventory.

7. Client Access to Inventory Data

Clients can log in to view their inventory levels, track items marked as in stock, sold, or out of stock, and receive updates on shipments. Data access is limited to each client’s own inventory.

8. Limitations of Liability

Alpha Prep Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In cases where liability is established, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and do not share or disclose personal information without consent, except as required by law.

10. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. All modifications will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
