Storage Notifications: We’ll provide a fee estimate before receiving your inventory. No Hidden Fees: Once an inventory is received, there are no additional charges. 48 Hours Turnaround: Refers to 48 business hours.

Order Definition: 1 order = 1 unit.

Invoicing: Fees will be invoiced on the 1st business day of each month.

Inventory Tracking: Clients are responsible for maintaining and sharing a Google Sheet to track inventory.

Inventory Responsibility: Once received, we assume responsibility for any lost or damaged inventory.

Product Value Declaration: Clients must declare the product price before shipment to ensure reimbursement for lost or damaged items.

High-Value Products: Please notify us in advance about high-value items or large inventories.

Insurance Fee: Non-prime members with high-value items in large inventory volumes may incur an insurance fee.
